We can realize single tooth quenching and multi-tooth quenching of gears along the tooth groove; automatic segment quenching and "R" part quenching of step shafts; surface quenching of 3800mm long shafts and Φ12000mm disk-shaped parts; surface quenching of shaped parts, complex parts and complex processes such as plane, bevel and curve grooves.
