The heat treatment department has technically excellent vacuum carburizing and vacuum nitriding equipment, and the surface treatment workshop is equipped with nearly 10,000 sets of various types of inductors, which can meet different induction quenching needs of customers. The daily processing capacity of the conventional treatment workshop reaches hundreds of tons, and the customers are all over Henan Province and as far as the neighboring provinces and cities, making it the leading heat treatment enterprise in the Central Plains.
