Vacuum heat treatment can be used for processes such as annealing, degassing, solution heat treatment, quenching, tempering and precipitation hardening. It can also be used for chemical heat treatment after the introduction of appropriate media. Vacuum quenching heat treatment is a metal heat treatment process in which the metal workpiece is heated below one atmosphere (i.e., under negative pressure).
Vacuum quenching oil is a deep refined mineral oil as the base oil, adding a variety of functional additives blended for small and medium-sized materials or materials with good hardenability in the quenching process under vacuum conditions. Vacuum quenching oil is mainly used in the machinery manufacturing industry.
Vacuum quenching furnace water-cooled device, vacuum heat treatment furnace shell, furnace cover, electric heating element conductive disposal (water-cooled electrode), the middle vacuum insulation door and other components, are in a vacuum, under the heat state work. In this extremely unfavorable condition, it is necessary to ensure that the structure of each part is not deformed, not damaged, and the vacuum seal is not overheated and not burned. Therefore, each part should be equipped with water cooling device according to different conditions to ensure the normal operation and sufficient service life of the vacuum heat treatment furnace.
