The expert group believes that the Plan implements the development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee and the green development deployment of the national 13th Five-Year Plan, aims at the new situation and new tasks, puts forward the general idea and target measures for promoting green development in the industrial field, and the main tasks cover the green development of industry. The main tasks cover various fields of industrial green development, reflecting heritage and innovation, and "Made in China 2025" and "Green Manufacturing Project Implementation Guide" have formed an effective connection and complementary, and have been expanded and deepened. The Plan has a strong leading role in promoting the national industrial green development.
